We value all patient feedback, as this helps us to improve our services. We have a Patient Feedback Form available in all patient rooms. All patient feedback is analysed and any issues immediately addressed.

Patient Feedback Scores

The Portland Hospital has a continuous programme of Patient feedback for all day cases and inpatients. Feedback forms are collected and analysed by an independent research company.

We had 896 forms returned in 2006 (20% return rate)
