Using computed radiography (CR), the Imaging Services Department provides a comprehensive range of x-ray examinations.

  • Skull X-Ray
  • Spinal X-Rays – including full length spine x-rays for scoliosis and other spinal deformities
  • Chest X-Ray
  • Abdominal X-Ray
  • Pelvic X-Ray
  • Extremity X-Rays - including full length standing leg x-rays

There is no patient preparation required prior to having most x-ray examinations.

Patient Preparation

Please let the radiographer know if you are pregnant. If you are or think you might be you will need to wait outside the x-ray room.

No small children are allowed in the x-ray room, unless they themselves are having an x-ray.
