Outpatients
Our Children's Outpatient department is open from 8am to 7:30pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 2:30pm on Saturdays offering a comprehensive range of paediatric specialities and diagnostic services.
Arranged over five floors, over sixty specialist paediatric consultants are available for appointments supported by team of dedicated and enthusiastic nurses available to offer help, advice and clinical services.
Consultant paediatricians who provide surgery at The Portland Hospital may also choose to base their outpatient clinics from an alternative location. Full details of each Consultant's practice are available from the Find a Consultant facility.
The Portland Hospital does not have an Accident and Emergency department however our Urgent Referral Clinic is usually able to accommodate same day appointments and is open on weekdays and Saturday mornings.
Appointments with a general or specialist paediatrician can be made by contacting the nursing staff on 020 7390 6504 or by locating a relevant consultant via the 'Find a Consultant' search facility. There are general paediatricians on site each day and every effort will be made to provide an early appointment.
